Access to non-public KAUSYN environments may be limited to approved users and organizations. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your authorized account.
Public pages describe the current direction and intended capabilities of KAUSYN. Features may vary by release, deployment or validation status and should not be treated as a guarantee that every described capability is available in every environment.
KAUSYN outputs are decision-support material, not a substitute for professional judgment. Statistical association, instability or prediction must not be treated as proven causation unless a validated causal analysis explicitly supports that conclusion.
KAUSYN branding, interface, documentation and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Evaluation access does not transfer ownership of KAUSYN software, research or confidential implementation details.
Paid pilots, subscriptions, enterprise deployments and customer data processing are governed by the applicable written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered service.
Pre-launch and evaluation environments may change, be interrupted or contain incomplete features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, evaluation access is provided without warranties that would normally be defined in a commercial agreement.
KAUSYN should not be used as the sole basis for medical diagnosis, emergency response, regulated credit decisions, autonomous trading, safety-critical control or other decisions where independent expert review is required.
